Meet the Editors:
Hello! We’re Christa & Nic, and we decided to start this blog to keep track of all the bits of our travels we might forget. Also to record various recipes we might forget. Also, to let loose with an occasional polemic. Such is life.
Originally from Southern Oregon, we’re now traveling around the world with our little silver elephant (don’t trust him – Ed.). We love to cook and create new recipes, checking out new places as we travel, and to scream into the void! That’s why we have a blog now.
We’re both bookkeepers, but outside of work Christa is a printmaker/knitter/crafter and Nic is a pianist/composer/writer. Follow us on Insta!
